ABOUT

My roots trace back to the southern states, where flavors blend like a methodical

dance. From sweet tea to spicy jambalayas, every bite tells a story steeped in

history.Every dish tells a story of tradition and time-honored recipes passed

down through generations. I learned from my Great grandmother, who taught me the art of slow cooking and the importance of using fresh, local ingredients. My Great grandmother thelka Allen. She lived in a small home there family built themselves in the early 1930. They grow tobacco, and cattle. My mother spent her childhood there. She spoke of the land with reverence, describing how the fertile soil lent its richness to the vegetables, and the sprawling fields promised the finest cuts of beef. Years later after she passed away my mother received a

garden hoe my great grandmother would use to make her garden with every year.

Her Fresh homegrown tomatoes was always the highlight to take back home. I

remember my earliest experiences was watching them cook on a old cast iron

stove. The kitchen smelled of ripe tomatoes, smoky bacon, and buttery

cornbread. I remember me my dad and brother pee off the front porch in the

middle of a cold winter night cause all they had was a outhouse and walking

through the snow never sounded appealing. When my mother received the garden hoe, it was more than just a tool; it was a cherished remembrance of her grandmother's legacy. My great grandmother, Thelka Allen, home filled with the aroma of hearty stews, savory casseroles, and freshly baked biscuits. Today we want to bring those flavors to your home to your family to experience the joy our family has felt.
