We’re gonna start first at the sea and smell the beautiful salty air the lemon & champagne hitting the pan catching fire preparing the Lemon butter pan seared scallop with champagne mignonette. On smoky rosemary pine brings the hint of the Ozark with a fresh breath of the sea.
Second course
Smoky Ozark crispy pork belly is one of Arkansas’s pride and joy and at the heart of High South cooking. Our Ozark crispy Pork belly is smoked till crisp and crackled topped with our maple glaze. Third course
This vibrant dish features a blend of locally source screens, including Romain and peppery arugula top with juicy cherry tomatoes and crispy cucumbers enhancing the profile we added a blend of grilled chicken marinated in a zesty herb and sprinkled in roasted pecans. Walnuts for satisfying, crunch, a melody of seasonal fruit, such as tart blackberries, sweet apples, bring a natural sweetness to every bite crown with smoked goat cheese, and a mustard, honey vinaigrette. The salad is the perfect dish of the rich heritage of the Ozark.
